Ariel is a sixteen year old who was first introduced to her psychic abilities at the age of thirteen when she began having out-of-body experiences. She wrote her first book, Beyond My World, in 2008 and published her second book, Jesus Through the Modern Prophet, in 2010.
10..9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1! 2011! It’s a brand new year and time again to renew our new year’s resolutions.
Like most families, my family and I celebrated with a toast to good health and a prosperous new year. I also happened to have visited my spirit guide, Kaime, something I do as an out of body experience, just to wish him a Happy New Year. We talked for a while about personal matters and ways I could improve both psychically and spiritually as a good person willing to aid and care for others.
I also gathered my family so we could wish Happy New Year to our loved ones in Heaven. Each of my family members wished their own spirit guide a Happy New Year, and they in return did the same for us with advice for our individual New Year’s Resolutions.
Kaime reminded me not to be lazy and to be more humble. My dad was reminded to have more tolerance and kindness toward others and not to worry too much—things will work out. My mom was reminded to take care of her health, be more giving, and not to worry about money—you are already rich in heaven.
In my new book, Jesus Through the Modern Prophet, Jesus taught me many lessons on spirituality. In one of our lessons, he said:
Living is not merely for just the enjoyment of living or for those basic needs. But rather, you were meant to live, to learn and grow as spiritual beings, and as beings that assist one another, as beings that have learned of themselves their strengths and weaknesses and as beings that have taken those findings and their abilities to the next level.
This lesson reminds me to be a more spiritual person and care about others instead of just myself.
Jesus also said:
One should not be on either side of the extreme, but rather in the middle, having wealth both in spirit and in understanding but also poverty in material items and vainness or selfishness. One should neither be too wealthy or too poor. One should instead only have what they need and nothing more.
We all tend to strive for that American dream and easily forget those without basic necessities. If we just give a little of our paycheck or devoted some time from our busy schedules to take care of someone less fortunate than us, we would learn to be more compassionate and generous.
It was most fortuitous that I again was reminded by my spirit guide not to forget the spiritual teachings I had already been given and to put them into practice. Happy New Year to all of you in 2011!
