Wavespell of the White Wizard
January 7-19, 2011
The Wavespell of the White Wizard starts January 7, with thirteen days to create magic and feel empowered!
When we were children, we associated a magician with a man in a black cape, taking a rabbit out of his hat thanks to his magic wand. While growing up, magic continued being an entertainment, but we learned that those types of magicians were illusionists that created great tricks to deceive our eyes.
On a higher level, magic means openness, trusting that the process is unfolding in a perfect and organic way. Nature is constantly manifesting itself in a magical way...
Although some people have more innate intuitive abilities, in reality, we are all magicians! By being connected with our own essence and living an authentic life, we can create magic. We become magicians when we consciously breathe in the present moment and we enter into the eternal flow within the web of life—the inexhaustible source of energy we are all part of.
If we live in distrust and self-pity, we have a low self-esteem, underestimating ourselves and feeling insecure in who we truly are. We miss the opportunity to share our natural gifts and talents with the world and to allow magic to unfold in our lives. The illusions created by our ego block the free flow of energies through us and, when things don’t go the way we would like them to be, we may think somebody is putting a spell on us.
We are invited during the Wavespell of the White Wizard to find our inner resources to create magic in our lives. Once we take responsibility for our own choices and circumstances, instead of blaming others or external situations, we feel empowered. We become receptive to unfolding our true potential. By listening to our own heart and inner guidance, we can change whatever we want to see manifested in the physical world. Miracles do happen!
Recovering our own power is not about manipulating or controlling others. It’s a way of regaining our freedom by just being our true self and living a meaningful life. If we are truly present, when we ask for guidance, we always get the answers from within. Thoughts (mind) and feelings (heart) merge in harmony and in alignment with the divine will.
We can only live freely in the now when we work on our self-limiting beliefs and release what is keeping us anchored to the past and our worries for the future. What happened, happened. What will come, nobody knows with certainty. We only have this precious eternal moment to cherish and create wonderful things for ourselves and the world.
The White Wizard is also known as the jaguar or shaman—the wise man that can access other dimensions to heal. It’s crucial in these intense moments to create the time and space to bring the sacredness into our journey, by being in contact with nature and creating symbolic rituals on a daily basis. Instead of pushing yourself too hard to see results, relax, ask for guidance and it will come to you naturally.
Remember that energy flows where attention goes. Are you focusing on things that drain your energy or things that make you feel empowered? Are you following your own path with confidence or do you live through the eyes of others? If we are always looking for others approval, we give our power away and we are not in charge of our lives anymore. There are infinite possibilities for those who believe in themselves and always act with integrity and respect for the highest good.
I invite you to watch a recent video of a homeless man with a sign in the road claiming to have "the God-given gift of voice” and how his life changed overnight. In spite of having had a difficult time in his life, he trusted his own gifts and he allowed magic to unfold in his life!
It’s time to awaken the magician within and let our hearts sing! Trust your own gifts and the unknown, consciously creating your own reality while enjoying everything you do.
I wish you a magical Wavespell!

In Lak’esh means “I am another yourself!”, a Mayan greeting that recognizes the Divine in each living Being. It’s a message of Unity that reminds us that, when we give, we are also receiving. In this way, the Mayan honored and respected each other, reinforcing the belief that we are all interconnected: what we do to others and to our environment will also affect ourselves in the end…
