Keeping an Open Mind

by Ariel Michael

When I was young, I grew up in the Catholic faith. When I started having my out of body experiences, I began to learn of the afterlife.

One of the first things I learned about myself was that I had previous lives. I discovered I had led poor lives, and through these lives, I had learned how to be kind from the suffering I endured. I had been a poor beggar woman named Sanchia in India. Later, I was an Italian woman named Nami, and in my last life, I was an immigrant from Africa named Same Wilson. The first thing I discovered in learning about myself seemed to be contrary to what I had been taught in my Catholic faith. However, I realized that the difference was just a point of view. Yes, it is true you only live once. I, Ariel Michael, will never live again. However, it is also true our soul is a collection of lives. Ariel Michael is just part of the many lives my soul is.

On October 4, 2008, Jesus said to me:

Hell does not really exist. There is no underworld. There are no fallen angels. There is no Devil, no Satan, none of that. Now, there are those tricksters that like to harm people. But other than that, there is no Hades, no underworld leader, nothing of that sort.

This also had been a surprise to me. This too would seem contrary to what I was taught, but I learned that it is true from another perspective. The thoughts we create by believing in Hell do exist in astral worlds that we create within heaven. They would seem real if you were to visit or believe in them. So, in one perspective they do exist. However, as Jesus taught me, they are just our illusions.

Many believe the Bible is the true inspired word of God. Again, from a certain perspective this is true and it is the teachings and understanding at that time of mankind. Additionally, at that time, man did not understand the science we have today. For example, they didn’t know of the dinosaurs. They didn’t understand that we go around a sun that goes around a galaxy in a universe. Some feel the Bible is the only word of God. Yet, today we have the living word of God through what many call the Holy Spirit as well. This is why Jesus wanted to teach us to trust the living word of God within us and why prophets gave it back then and today.

One of the things Jesus taught psychics as prophets was:

But, there are a lot of things that a soul seeking knowledge must differentiate from. For instance, when Ariel goes to see me she has to differentiate between a fake Jesus that might be just a trickster trying to be an impostor or her own thoughts that can instill a fake Jesus and of course the real Jesus. The soul must obtain this knowledge to tell what’s right, what’s wrong, what’s fake, and what’s real. As people progress and learn knowledge, they’ll be able to tell and become very wise at telling the truth from the lies.

This warning is similar to a warning in the Bible not to become a false prophet. One must be careful as a psychic to seek the truth.

So, it is possible to learn and have new understanding from different points of view in a modern society dealing with its modern problems. If we are open-minded, we learn. We see the truth through other points of view, and our understanding increases by seeing these various points of view of the truth. May your own journey of seeking the truth be led with an open mind.
