Wavespell of the Blue Hand
January 20 – February 1, 2011


     The Wavespell of the Blue Hand starts January 20, with thirteen days to get connected with Healing and Accomplishment!

     When we live attached to our ego’s illusions, we tend to associate healing with a physical condition that needs to be treated. We rush to the doctor hoping some magical medicine will ease our pain and we may end up becoming a pill addict, living in pharmacies looking for self-medication to find relief to our discomfort.

     On a soul level, we know that Health is attained, not only by taking care of our body, but through a more holistic approach. From an integral perspective, we achieve wellbeing by looking after our body as well as our thoughts, feelings, emotions and spirit.

     Health comes through consciousness and willingness, intention, attention and action on all four levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. How many times do we have physical discomfort, our mind cluttered with negative thoughts, we feel upset or just disconnected and out of balance, but we don’t do anything about it? We convince ourselves that we will take care of it later because we are currently too busy with our daily obligations. Unfortunately, many times we just continue with our hectic agendas until we have no choice than to stop and deal with the cause of our suffering.

     Wouldn’t it be better to just start listening to what our body, mind, heart and spirit are telling us and take action now? Not from the struggle and fear of getting sick or dying, but from the pure joy and gratitude of being alive and having this wonderful gift of life to enjoy and share with others.

     As human beings, we live in this amazing body that brings with it a whole history of repressed emotions from our own childhood, but also our ancestors, family and culture. Whenever we get sick (from a simple cold to cancer or any other illness), while taking care of our physical needs, it is also an invitation to get connected with our higher self and see what it is bringing to our awareness. Any type of dis-ease is an opportunity to heal on all four levels and not only the physical.

     ”Everything happens for a reason” so, if we open ourselves up to the experience that this dis-ease brings us on a deeper level, we will find profound messages and precious lessons to heal on the other aspects as well.

     When we choose to live from our souls and embark on a conscious path of growth and transformation, we may feel uncomfortable at the beginning, but we will know it is part of the healing process, which will take us to the next level of evolution.

     The Wavespell of the Blue Hand is about knowledge; we are invited in these days to look for tools that help us to heal ourselves on a higher level, knowing that the tool is just a method to achieve wellness, but the real cure is within our own selves.

     Another aspect of the Blue Hand is giving completion to whatever we have unfinished. How many pending lists do you have around? Maybe a Post-it® on the refrigerator? Notes next to your computer or bed table? Pieces of papers in your purse, wallet, just everywhere?

     All those pending lists are “things to do.” We may look at them on a daily basis or they may get full of dust until we see them again. In any case, they serve as distractions and we feel pressure for not accomplishing things. When we go over the lists, we get anxious, we worry for something we didn’t do or that still needs to be done… We start feeding our mental clutter and getting all stressed out. In other words, we feel exhausted and energy drained only by looking at those lists, even without taking any action! Does it sound familiar to you?

     During the Wavespell of the Blue Hand we are invited to put “hands on” to just do it! One step at a time... Not only we will get things accomplished and our pending lists will shorten, but it will also help us to unblock stuck energies that are impeding us to move freely and feel healthy! We will also get focused and empowered and we will create the space for new things and opportunities to come our way.
