One subject I found very interesting was the soul and its relationship to our body and mind. Through contemplating on this matter and asking many questions to Jesus and other spiritual beings, I was able to learn a little more in depth about our souls and what our existence really is.
Early on when Jesus began teaching me, he started out speaking about the soul. He said this about God and how God created souls:
In this life, he wanted to have a soul, an energy source, to sustain the life. He split himself apart into many souls that would one day make a journey back to him again. These souls would travel into bodies and begin living out lives in an attempt to learn and understand spiritual values.
As a soul progressed, they would obtain more spiritual knowledge and learn to better understand God. Throughout their lives, certain gifts would be bestowed to them by our father. Gifts like these include the ability to feel certain things, hear other souls or individuals, see auras and spirits, commune with animals, and be able to obtain knowledge through the spirit world.
Besides creating souls, Jesus spoke that God gives us psychic gifts based on our progress as a soul. So, I had to come to grips with the understanding that our soul is the essence of God and his being, and when we become wise enough through many lives, we are given these extra gifts. For example, no matter how much I try, I will not develop psychokinetic abilities in this life. Instead, I’m reminded to be grateful for the abilities I do have. We all have developed some qualities from God such as compassion and love because of his essence that we all have, and those vices we have as humans are a result of our “free will” also given to us by God.
Regarding this energy source, this was somewhat surprising to me because I always thought that the body functioned because of the brain and the vital organs that kept us alive. Through Jesus’ teaching, I became aware that the soul was an intangible energy that kept us alive. Our will to live plays a vital role in this.
Also intriguing is this energy our soul exudes, which many call the aura. Most of us can’t see it because it requires learning to use the soul’s consciousness, its eyes, so to speak, to see the color and know what it means in relation to our being. Through discovering my psychic abilities, I have found that I too can detect auras. In my first lesson, Jesus explained about the colors, the personalities associated with those colors, and God is a white energy that contains all the colors. In a follow on lesson, Jesus spoke about them:
Well, I’ll start by telling you that the soul begins as first a white luminous light. Then, it can either change to a darker individual if that individual does not want to move toward the light, or it can take on a personal color and start their journey to God.
And of course you know that as more of the souls come back to him with knowledge; he began to turn whiter and became more brilliant in his luminescence.
I was taught that souls are light energy in Heaven, but when they occupy the physical this energy changes into another form of wave energy we have not yet discovered.
I’ll share another aspect of the soul that I didn’t know. Jesus said:
When a soul enters a life, only half of them is truly there. The other half remains in a realm called Kova. This area is made from God where he is at the center and his luminous white energy diffuses throughout.
Jesus’ reference to Kova is also what we commonly call Heaven. I learned that it exists outside of the universe. I have seen this on my out of body travels. Regarding these two halves of the soul, we commonly refer to them as your lower self and your higher self. Back on January 24, 2009, I asked Jesus a question regarding my out of body travels to him in Heaven:
“When I go to Kova, do I join up with that other part of me in Kova?”
Yes, you do. When you leave from Kova, you again separate and go back into your body as only one half of your true soul.
“Where do the souls keep their knowledge?”
Most of the knowledge is kept in the half that is in Kova.
It would seem this lower half is the experiencer, and the higher half is the collector of knowledge. It is my hope that this topic sheds some possible light for you on the various aspects of the soul that I had learned about in my own experiences of trying to understand just what it is.
