The Wavespell of the Yellow Sun starts February 2, 2011, with thirteen days to get connected with Illumination and Clarity!

Those of you who have been following my Wavespell messages for a while may remember my personal experience when writing the previous Wavespell of the Yellow Sun in May 2010. I was on a flight from Houston to Amsterdam when the airports in Europe closed due to volcanic eruptions in Iceland. After sitting in the airplane for 13 hours (ten of which, in the air), I ended up back at home with my suitcase unpacked, leaving again the following day as the airports re-opened. It was a true opportunity for me to practice what I preach… In spite of all the chaos it created in my agenda, being physically exhausted and feeling upset when I heard the pilot giving us the news, I chose to release my frustration and anxiety by taking a deep breath, feeling a deep sense of gratitude for being safe and making the best of a negative situation.

When we are attached to our ego’s illusions, we live through the filter created by our shadows, with our emotions based on fear. We experience the duality within and feel separated from the Source. Everything seems to be complicated, difficult and dark. When we are connected on a soul level, life becomes simple, clear and we feel unconditional love. We experience the union with all that is and understand everything happens for a reason; each experience helps us to grow and evolve.

The essence of the Sun is light; the Sun is the giver of Life, the Universal Fire. The Mayan called it Kinich Ahau, the Sun God.

There are numerous books, workshops, techniques and messages we constantly receive on how to achieve enlightenment. Although they are all wonderful opportunities to explore, it can also be quite overwhelming. There are as many paths as people in the world. We are asked to implement those concepts that resonate with us and find our own way to illuminate those parts of us still in the darkness.

The Wavespell of the Yellow Sun reminds us that the path of enlightenment is not a goal to be achieved in the future, but through our daily actions and practical Spirituality. Can you stop for a moment and breathe consciously? Can you dedicate a few minutes a day to meditate, read an inspiring book, take a walk or just do something you like? In which aspects are you self-sabotaging your own process of Awakening?

Awakening means remembering who we truly are, being authentic, speaking our truth and expressing the divinity within. Through awareness we elevate our Consciousness, live from our higher self and embrace our inner light while spreading it to the world.

During the Wavespell of the Yellow Sun, we are invited to have clarity in the choices we make, while clarifying situations that are still confusing in our relationships and current circumstances.

Center yourself in all your life experiences and relationships; let the Yellow Sun irradiate your being with its warmth and light. Become receptive to the light and feel unconditional love for your own self, Mother Earth and others.
