During 2008 I had the opportunity to experience a “Trinity Table®.” Over a two-year period I rode the table several times. What I experienced was life-altering spiritually and it is still shaping my life today.
First, let me explain a little bit about the table. A man named Jim Harmon created it in the mid-eighties. It looks like a padded bed that turns slowly counter-clockwise or clockwise on a wooden base. One of the attributes stated on Jim Harmon’s website, is that it extends a persons energetic body from the circumference of a foot to a circumference of fifteen feet. This would explain the ability to do multi-dimensional healing work using the table.
According to Dr. Margaret Clench who owns and facilitates table experiences in the Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas area, the table is a gentle consciousness-expanding tool. It is to be experienced in a darkened room surrounded by music chosen with the individual’s intention in mind. The rotation of the table releases energetic blockages as one’s natural flow of energy is restored. Many have opened their hearts to universal love, increased their creativity and intuition and clarified their life’s intention. This is Dr. Clench’s website.
Nothing could’ve prepared me for my first table experience. It was spring 2008. My facilitator had set an intention with me. I can’t even remember the intention I wrote down that day, but it wouldn’t have mattered because spirit was paying attention to something else I was doing. (More on this later.)
As soon as the table started turning I began crying. I noticed a series of colors as the table turned. My eyes were closed and my eyelids had become a movie screen of sorts. The color spectrum started again and I realized it was an exact repetition of the last one, so I tried to count them. I’m not sure but I believe there were five or six color repetitions. Suddenly, the colors stopped and I was seeing a bright golden haze on my eyelid screen. Then three women faded into view. They each had the exact same hair, long with a little flip on the end. They were very tall and wearing long robes. They looked at me with so much love and compassion, I started crying again. While the women looked at me, a baby who was lying on his back and bubbling over with laughter, rolled by. The women receded and a man I call David (because he looked like the famous statue), faded in. He stared at me for a minute and also faded.
The color spectrum began again and after the same amount of spins I woke up back in the room with my facilitator.
As I described to her what I’d seen, I began crying again and telling her, that I’d seen “Home” and I wanted to go back. I puzzled over the identity of the women I had seen, but wouldn’t get an answer for two more years.
I had two more memorable experiences on the table that year. One was shortly after my dog had to be put to sleep. I rode the table and woke up coming up out of a hole in the ground. I looked around me and there were dogs and cats as far as the eye could see. I didn’t see my dog, Max, but I knew I’d been brought there because Spirit wanted me to know that he was OK and I shouldn’t be so sad about him.
On yet another visit to the table, I woke up running through a dense forest. Something was chasing me. I looked over to see it, and to my surprise the guy was green. He was an ugly little old man, all stooped over, wearing suspenders to hold up his baggy green pants. He was laughing, but it was the mean, “I just played a joke on you” laugh of a prankster. Not the happy laugh of the baby I’d seen before. I was puzzled. I later saw information that led me to believe I’d seen the “Green Man” of metaphysical fame. Due to events going on in my life at the time, I believe Green Man is a deliverer of karmic retribution and I’d rather not run into him again. According to Dr. Clench the table also allows one to release karmic energy from past lives, which also would explain my experience.
Then 2009 rolled around and I visited the table for the first time that year. The color spectrum went in the opposite direction of its normal sequence and I went around so many times, I totally lost track. Finally, I woke up in the ground, under a tree. For a minute I thought I was dead. Then I realized I was alive and I had shape shifted! I was the root of a rather small, but healthy, green tree.
That was when I realized my Table rides were aligning with something called “The White Stone Ceremony.” At the beginning of every year we had a ceremony at the metaphysical church where I was a member. During the ceremony we gave ourselves new names for the New Year.
I was relatively new to metaphysics and had chosen the name Gaia, Earth Mother. The table had taken me into the Earth so I could experience “Being Gaia.”
That is when I realized where I had been the previous year. I’d given myself the name “Sun” and had seen the Sun, loving and golden that first year. It was another year before I heard about the Hathors (fifth dimensional beings of sound and love). I believe they were the women I saw on my Sun visit.
It has been a mystery of sorts, as I’ve tried to find the meaning of my Table visits. It has deepened and intensified my spiritual practice and I’ve become very serious about doing whatever soul work necessary to spiritually align to my soul’s purpose.
I’ve included the address of two websites containing extensive information about the table and their locations. If you’re feeling stuck spiritually or energetically the table is a wonderful modality for discovering a way forward. As we all seek to expand our consciousness and become who we are meant to be spiritually, the experience of the Trinity Table® can be truly instrumental.
