Wavespell of the White Mirror
April 21 thru May 3, 2011

On April 21, 2011, the Wavespell of the White Mirror starts, with thirteen days to get connected with how our inner and outer worlds reflect each other!

In his little book Chakras for Beginners, David Pond starts by saying: “Most of us react to challenging situations in our lives with anger, insecurity, or fear, never realizing that we create what we experience; our outward lives reflect imbalances in our inner lives.” And later on he adds: “We need to learn how to be happy and fulfilled at the inner level, then our outer world will fall into place as a reflection of our inner world.”

The Wavespell of the White Mirror asks us to let go of self-limiting beliefs, which keep our mirror foggy and filter the way we experience life. Understanding the chakras and how energy flows will help us to expand our perception and consciousness levels in order to make the necessary changes within and see the outcome manifested in our lives.

What are the chakras?

Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheel.” There are seven main chakras in our body or spinning vortexes of subtle energy located throughout the spine (from base to crown) vibrating at different frequencies. The higher we move to the upper chakras, our individual consciousness merges with the collective. Each chakra relates to different aspects of our lives and serves as a conduit through which Universal Life Energy flows. When out of balance, we will experience it on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

First Chakra—Survival
Root Chakra (Muladhara)

Located at the base of the spine, the first chakra is purely physical and it is related to vital life force, instincts, animal nature, connection to earth, to be fully in the body, security and basic material needs (food, money, shelter). Do you feel safe? Do you feel grounded? What are you insecure about?

Second Chakra—Pleasure
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)

Located at the pelvis area (under the navel), the second chakra is related to passion, satisfaction, sensuality and sexuality, attraction, creativity, sense of fulfillment and self-assurance. Do you feel pleasure in the moment or you are constantly chasing the carrot? Are you enjoying life?

Third Chakra—Personal Power
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

Located at the solar plexus, the third chakra is related to self-confidence, free will, discrimination, setting boundaries, self-discipline, self-control, feeling centered, choosing wisely and standing up for one’s beliefs. Can you say no? Do you impose your view to others? Do you live through the eyes of others?

Fourth Chakra—Unconditional Love
Heart Chakra (Anahata)

Located at the heart, the fourth chakra is related to faith, joy, acceptance, experience of unity, integrity, bliss, warmth, grace, heart centeredness, compassion, cooperation, self-love and love for all that is. Are you aligned in your path? Are your relationships in harmony? Do you do what you love?

Fifth Chakra—Communication
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

Located at the throat, the fifth chakra is related to creative expression, courage to state your point of view, authenticity, self-esteem, vocation, freedom to speak your truth, insights and innovative thinking. Can your express your feelings and needs? Do you repress your voice in order to belong?

Sixth Chakra—Intuition
Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)

Located at the brow (in between the eyes), the sixth chakra is related to imagination, inspiration, connection with the divine, higher awareness, wisdom and transcendence. Do you listen to your inner voice? Can you detach from the mundane and feel the whole? Do you let inspiration guide you?

Seventh Chakra—Spirituality
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

Located at the crown (top of the head), the seventh chakra is related to the highest level of consciousness, expansion, sacred awareness, enlightenment, illumination, merging with the infinite, pure cosmic energy and surrender to divine guidance. Do you live a sacred life? Do you feel part of the web of life?

**************

The more we are attached to our ego’s illusions, the more imbalanced we will feel in our lower chakras impeding us to expand the upper ones.

Working on the first three chakras and developing a healthy personality will allow us to create a well-balanced self-identity, rising above polarity and evolving to a higher path.

Let the Wavespell of the White Mirror help you to discriminate truth from illusion in order to cut the chains that are still keeping you imprisoned to your fears and worries. Always start from within and you will be able to see it reflected outwards!

In Lak’esh means “I am another yourself!” a Mayan greeting that recognizes the Divine in each living Being. It’s a message of Unity that reminds us that, when we give, we are also receiving. In this way, the Mayan honored and respected each other, reinforcing the belief that we are all interconnected: what we do to others and to our environment will also affect ourselves in the end…
