November 2-14, 2011

On November 2, 2011, the Wavespell of the Red Skywalker starts with thirteen days to explore new horizons and empty our backpack!

Albert Einstein’s definition for Insanity is: “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” If we want to get new results, we have to start doing things in a different way.

The Red Skywalker is the Adventurer; it is curious and constantly looking for new horizons. We are invited in the next 13 days to have the courage to explore our inner and outer spaces and discover new ways of being in the world.

Even though it may seem chaotic in appearance, these are amazing times with great opportunities for us to accelerate our process of transformation and evolution. But, we need to become responsible for our own and unique path and do our “homework”—every day.

One of the messages of the Red Skywalker is to bring the sky to Earth on a daily basis. It means that, by going out of the automatic pilot and connecting on a deeper level with who we are and why we are here, we can transform our shadows into Light and start living on a soul level.

Emptying our Backpack

How can we become an Adventurer if our backpack is so heavy that it drags us down most of the time? Our backpack symbolically represents our shadows and self-limiting beliefs, blockages, painful experiences, and anything that makes us unhappy about ourselves, our relationships, and current circumstances.

In our house, it is comparable to cleaning an old closet, garage or any room we use to store things we don’t want to see or deal with. Over time, everything in the storage accumulates, gets full of dust, occupies unnecessary space and blocks our energy. We keep postponing the right moment to open the door and see what is inside as we are afraid of what we are going to find.

When we make the decision to clean this space and go over the mess, it may be overwhelming and unpleasant at the beginning. We may discover we possess objects that don’t even belong to us, items related to stories from the past or things we’ve no clue where to place.

If we keep focused on cleaning and going over our “stuff,” we will be able to overcome the initial resistance and eventually become excited for finally getting rid of the clutter and all those things that don’t serve us anymore. We may even find things we forgot we had, which may be very useful for us at this moment.

In the same way, the more we allow ourselves to look into the density of those unnecessary things we hold as “true” and we free ourselves from that burden, we will start walking lighter in life and we will be able to increase our energy level. On the other hand, if we continue with our daily routines ignoring it and carrying all that weight around, we will remain stuck in our vicious cycle feeling disconnected, unhappy and unproductive with whatever we do.

White Castle of Refinement

Every 52 days a new Castle starts. A Tzolkin cycle has 260-days and it is divided in five castles. Each Castle has four Wavespells.

The Wavespell of the Red Skywalker initiates the second castle of this cycle. During the White Castle of Refinement (from 11/2/11 to 12/23/11), we are invited to refine and organize what we started during the Red Castle of Initiation.
