Mayan Calendar Wavespell — 9-25-10

Wavespell of the White Dog

(September 25 to October 7, 2010)

The Wavespell of the White Dog starts September 25, 2010, thirteen days to get connected from our Heart, be loyal and love ourselves and others unconditionally!

The White Dog reminds us that unconditional means with no conditions. We love others for who they truly are and not for whom we want them to be.

When we live from our Soul, we are confident—we feel a deep and genuine love for everything and everybody. When we are trapped in our Ego’s illusions, we feel insecure and we love out of fear… what a contradiction!

How can we truly love when we judge, criticize and compare not only others, but our own selves as well? How can we say we love another person when we are not authentic, we wear masks in order to be accepted and to never be hurt?

When we love from our hearts, we feel the freedom to express our True Self with peace of mind, simplicity and purity. When we love from our fears, we feel imprisoned in jealousy, possessiveness, resentment and guilt.

I am sure you have heard the saying: “you can only love others when you love yourself”. As the White Dog asks us to be loyal, we need to remember that we can only be loyal to others if we are loyal to our own selves first.

During the Wavespell of the White Dog, we are invited to reflect on our existing relationships, the ones that help us to grow and others that may be blocking our energy and evolution. What is your attitude and role in your relationships?

It is a good time to get together with our loved ones and with those that have a vibrational affinity with us.

Listen to your Heart, it will help you to Awaken and to continue evolving, to create healthy relationships (mainly with your own Self), and to live life with Passion and Purpose.

In Lak’esh means “I am another yourself!” a Mayan greeting that recognizes the divine in each living being. It’s a message of unity that reminds us that, when we give, we are also receiving. In this way, the Mayan honored and respected each other, reinforcing the belief that we are all interconnected: what we do to others and to our environment will also affect ourselves in the end.
